I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional hotel in Poblado, and it completely exceeded my high expectations in every way. The modern rooms were not only fresh, but also provided soundproofing that ensured a peaceful night's sleep, which I greatly appreciated after long days of exploring. The terrace on the 14th floor offered stunning views, allowing for a perfect spot to unwind with a cup of tea, courtesy of the well-stocked tea and coffee facilities in the room. What truly stood out, however, was the exemplary service from staff like Fabio, the security personnel, who went above and beyond to assist my family during a medical emergency, showing genuine care for all guests. Elizabeth from room service made our stay even more delightful with her thoughtful notes and attention to detail. If you're looking for a safe, conveniently located hotel with outstanding service and modern amenities, I highly recommend this gem in Medellin!
